How does the traffic warden know that I am using cellular parking?


· Traffic wardens can easily identify PaNGo subscribers by 

  means of the PaNGo  sticker on the car windscreen.

· On entering the car registration number into a terminal

  connected to the PaNGo system, the warden  sees an indication

  that the service has been operated.

     


What is a parking code?
 There is no need for a parking code when paying for parking time by a cellular telephone that is registered in the system, because the system recognizes it as soon as the call is made. If you want to pay for parking using a cellular telephone that is not registered in the system, you can do so by entering the car registration number and the parking code.

Note: if the cellular telephone number that you have entered into the system does not have caller identification, the system will not recognize it and you will be asked to enter a parking code for your account.


How is parking operated (start and/or end)?

There are a number of ways of starting and stopping parking:

     

        a. Dial *4500 on your cellular telephone

        b. Send an SMS to 4500

       c. Go into your personal account on our website,  www.4500.co.il

        d. Call from any cellular telephone, and you will be asked  

            to input your code to access your personal account

        e. From a Bezeq telephone, call 03-914150

 

Important:

1) To end the parking period, you must call *4500, send an SMS or log 

    onto  the website again.

2) You can choose to start your parking time by one method, and end it

     by  another method.
